Verizon Wireless Kiosk

I redesigned the Verizon Wireless in-store content which included a complete overhaul of the structure, navigation, design system, and technology behind the kiosks and laptops. This project launched on time and to rave client reviews but was most significant because the clean, flexible platform allowed the 2010 project initiatives to focus on new and engaging content and media. The visual alignment to the House Style brand and updated look and feel also repositioned the retail work as a more valuable selling tool in the minds of Verizon Wireless executives. In 2010, I helped to make additional metric-boosting improvements to the DemoBar content such as a full content redesign to align with the new 'Rule the Air' branding.
