This mobile product and service catalog was developed to reduce production costs of the printed Consumer Magalog in Verizon Wireless retail stores. The strategy was to focused on giving post-purchase reassurance to minimize returns & customer service calls, as well as informing customers of a convenient support resource and provide easy access to the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, providing engaging, targeted content to create an active consumer destination.
Customers can flip through current device-centric promotions, browse phones, plans, compatible accessories and apps, locate nearby stores, and more. The clean yet branded systematic design created a flexible template to house future support content such as device specific how-to videos and tips and tricks.
I was responsible for the creative direction of this project ensuring that the clients' business objectives were met and the look and feel was not only appropriate for the brand but established a system which could be leveraged for future VZW mobile sites.
