Lead the creative team to create dynamic, branded product and promotional touchscreen content to facilitate interaction between customers and reps in Verizon retail stores. Developed content which educated consumers and demonstrated the benefits of Verizon product and service offerings by incorporating product demos, movie trailers and informational and testimonial videos. Attempted to drive sales by bringing products to life and breaking down barriers to purchase decisions. Developed a series of attract loops to support various marketing initiatives and drive traffic to interact with touchscreen content. Also rolled out Video Chat pilot to test functionality within content and store experience.
